Mask & Hand washing: Best prevention is: wear N95 or triple layer mask over mouth & nose, keep 6ft. social distance at all times, use plastic gloves & wash hads frequently for 20 seconds under hot water. Cans & packages can be placed on shelf for few days without throwing boxes away and replacing them. Certainly wipe down surfaces, door & drawer handles. Rest is likele "overkill" & you observed social distancing.

COVID 19: You can wipe down containers - don't need to throw away box. Don't necessarily need to shower/ launder clothes/ gargle and use nasal saline after routine shopping trip. Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet f
