Im fasting ramadan,i train before sunset for 45 mins of low intensity cardio,i train after sunset for 90 to 120 mins of heavyweights.i break my fast on dates,orange juice,a mandarin&coffee,then eat my meal after workout,will i manage to lose fats?

If your caloric intake is less than the what you spend, you will lose weight. Initial weight loss is mostly water and comes fast, after that it may require additional restriction in your food intake. Wish you good health!
