Eggs: Eggs have the best protein and fat profile. You mentioned eating potato - that is a carb/sugar source not protein. You shouldn't eat much of that.

Food protein: Egg white is superior to all. Quinoa is excellent. Beans and lentils are excellent. Milk protein is excellent. Whole grains are good but not sufficient. Nuts are excellent. Yogurt is excellent.
