New diagnosis?: Hi. Is this a new diagnosis? If so, your doc should discuss some things with you and refer you for diabetes education. Do you know your A1c? It sounds like you need diabetes education! The informed, motivated patient is always the most successful. Your fatigue could easily be due to very high sugars. Healthy diet and regular exercise are vitally important. See a diabetes educator and nutritionist.
