Your symptoms are consistent with pre or perimenopausal syndrome but this syndrome should not progressing that long with multiple, prolonged episodes of secondary amenorrhea then normal cycles. Diseases of the uterus do not manifest that way. Hormonal imbalance is likely the culprit but again you should not have normal cycles between amenorrheic epidoses.
