I have a small movable lump about 2cm big on my lower sternum. it feel like a lipoma cause i have had several other ones on my body over the years. it's soft and a bit squishy. i am going to get it checked this week but i am very concerned. ?

Lipoma: Remains likely in this context and given your past medical history. Of course location may create extra anxiety and technical difficulties it may create for excision. Getting it checked is definitely the right thing to do.
