Ultrasound - pre-void fully distended bladder with slight thickening of 6.4mm urinalysis and culture - normal 3 days later, ct scan - not well distended, wall thickness normal (3.5mm) why the difference and which should i trust? worried about cancer?

Ultra sound is subjective and operator driven and not as accurate as CT. Even if you had a thickened bladder wall it is not an indication of cancer. What was the reason for the tests? Also have the ordering MD explain findings to you. In future ask why a test is ordered, and what it showed after it is done, to your satisfaction Good luck
