As far as I recall animal protein is not associated with kidney stones. But I would ask a stone Dr in your part of Punjab about this in men like you who grew up there.

Of course you can eat animal protein but you should reduce the portion and balance with vegan protein. High uric acid and low urine pH with high animal protein diet are risk factors of certain kidney stones.
