Right armpit has had a swollen lymph node for 5 or so months and has gone down slightly but i'm still very worried about it could my chronic seasonal allergies or anxiety cause this or is it actually cancer it is very moveable too and squishy also?

You could watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
