You should see your doctor so the lymph nodes can be examined. Depending on their location, it is likely being caused by a benign condition but, to be certain, you need to be examined by a doctor. You can also discuss your anxiety with your doctor so that you can get that under control as well. Best of luck to you!

If the nodes have not gotten larger, cancer is unlikely. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
