Axillary LN: Would make an appointment with a breast surgeon. get a mammogram and f/u /w/ breast surgeon for biopsy. Swollen LN that persist > 1 month should be biopsied. It can also be a sign of autoimmune disease. Good luck . Dont worry most likely just reactive but you need confirmation
