I think my testicle increased even a little more in size recently after compansatory hyperthrophy after getting 1 testicle amputed, it increased in size like in the front, what is the cause? is it a hydrocele or something else?

It is difficult to answer if it is due to Hydrocele or not without examining the testis.I suggest you get it checked by your Primaty Care Doctor or a Urologist

Testicle size does noyt change normaly after becoming an adult. In your case it is best to get examined by a Urologist for without an exam no diagnosis can be made. Good luck
