It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may be dehydrated, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless. If that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Your Physician will have to asses your blood pressure as it relates to other physical findings. Call your GP, the Physician that knows you best.

BP is normally 90-120/60-80. If you have symptoms with that blood pressure then that is abnormal for you, and you need to see a doctor.
