I'm having kidney disease since 2003,creatinine 2.3. had bni in 2008 and taking flotral 10mg regularly. since last 6-7 years having palpitation problem with low blood pressure during palpitation.can it be due to side effect of flotral. taking arkamin?

Low blood pressure occurs during palpitation could be due to a serious arrhythmia such as atrial fibrillation which is quite common in patient with chronic kidney disease and hypertension. Arkamin is not the first choice for hypertension. You need to see a heart doctor for these symptoms.
