All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, I agree with your doctor. There is nothing wrong with your results. Wish you good health!

Your counts are borderline high for a menstruating woman. I assume you weren't dehydrated when your blood was drawn. Do you have any chronic pulmonary disorders? If you smoke I recommend stopping. I recommend that you monitor your cbc,differential cell count and platelet counts to detect true polycythemia should it occur.
