The one liver dimension does not mean anything by itself. Nausea and upper stomach pain for one month could be due to gastritis, gall bladder disease, pancreas or liver disease, even colon, and many other problems. Symptoms could also be referred to the upper part of the abdomen from somewhere else - lower abdomen, back, kidneys etc. More history and an exam are needed to clarify.
