I have had pain in my stomach for a long time. just had an ultrasound and it's says that i have mild fatty infiltration of the liver and the spleen is?

See detail: The fatty liver is likely an incidental finding and not related to the pain. Why an ultrasound and not a CT scan? The CT is the test of choice in evaluating abdominal pain.

Fatty liver: This is common in obese people and in people who drink alcohol daily. I would NOT take acetaminophen because it can be liver toxic under certain circumstances.

Unrelated: Has the H pylori been treated? Have you been worked up for gluten-intolerance? Ibuprofen can also cause stomach pain and you need to stop taking it.
