Do it: High liver enzymes warn of possible grave-but-treatable illness. You'll be worked up for NASH, hep B, hep C, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis and several more. Take advantage of the opportunity. It may just be allergy to a medicine you're taking, or your body's way of asking for more exercise.
