What are some symptoms of acute hiv? i got a cbc during that time and it was normal. about 4 weeks after a potential risky exposure i had tremors, insomnia, and slight fever at night with fatigue. does this sound like acute hiv?

If you have any concern, get tested. Get a 4th gen combo test. If the result is negative repeat the test at 5 weeks after exposure.
