I've had loose stools and fatigue for several weeks. also swollen lymph nodes and oral thrush. mild sore throat. weight loss. just started feeling butt bone pain when sitting. i've seen docs and hiv test was neg. normal cbc. what would you suspect?

Mgt.: I would suggest a full physical examination and possible PET scan. You may need a lymph node biopsy and evaluation for other immunodeficiency states. Please seek medical care as soon as possible.
