Probably not.: So many things can cause headache and fatigue - and most of them are far less serious than leukemia. If a person did have leukemia, their WBC count would probably be much higher than normal, but the diagnosis is confirmed with a bone marrow biopsy. I wonder if you struggle with anxiety about your health. I encourage my patients to ask themselves, "what are the facts?" to sift out truth from worry.

Very Small chance: Leukemia can show as denovo, means everything was normal then all of sudden leukemia . Also it can occur from previous underlyimg issues for example mds or myelodysplastic syndrome, that typically will have abnormal CBC for some time , probably years. If u are having fatigue and headache, it is important to get a check up by a medical doctor.
