Hair loss: Given your symptoms, your should have had a detailed endocrine evaluation for both thyroid and pituitary / ovarian hormones. Given you are in U.S. with no respiratory symptoms, I don't see why the initial evaluation involved PPD and CXR. You may be developing a thyroiditis or early menopause.
