Ive had 4 bilateral ultrasounds since 12/2020. it shows that my left kidney has progressively been getting smaller what might this be leading to? ultrasound results below. 12/20 r:11.9 l:10.9 1/21 r:10.6 l:10.5 11/21 r:11.9 l:9.5 02/22 r:11.1 l:8.8?

Your are correct, the change of left kidney is quite significant but I wonder what the reason why this US monitoring has been done. If you had any problem of the left kidney before 12/2020 (infection, obstruction due to stone, etc.), the change means scarred left kidney (atrophic) and the damage is irreversible.

The best thing is to see a Urologist. She/he will do appropriate tests to find cause and fix it. Good luck.
