Your are correct, the change of left kidney is quite significant but I wonder what the reason why this US monitoring has been done. If you had any problem of the left kidney before 12/2020 (infection, obstruction due to stone, etc.), the change means scarred left kidney (atrophic) and the damage is irreversible.
