'Remarkable': bladder is probably a typo and really means 'unremarkable', which is normal. The septated kdney cyst may or mat not be significant. If the septation is thin, it is likely nothing to worry about. If it is thick or irregular, it is more concerning. Speak with your doctor to get the details.
