All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your eGFR is a matter of concern and you should consult a nephrologist to safeguard your kidney function. Wish you good health!

Your kidney function is a little low and you are slightly anemic. But all this has to be co-related with your symptoms and the normal values of the lab. Pl also ask your prescribing MD if they have previously done tests, to compare.
