Wbc 5.5 rbc 4.48 hgb 13.8 hct 41.7 mcv 93.1 mch 30.8 mchc 33.1 rdw 42.6 platelets 389 neutrophils 52.6 lymphs 33.0 mono 9.8 eos 2.2 baso 2.2 h (0.0-1.5) immature gran 0.2 baso is high it was the exact same number 3 mo ago. any need to follow up?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is no cause for concern. You may take vitamin B12 and Folate to address the slightly large size of red cells. Basophil count is not of concern. Wish you good health!
