Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic, not a pain reliever, and is usually not used for dental infections. Do you have a dental infection? If so, your dentist should be treating that, too. If not, no need for antibiotics. Without knowing the cause of your toothache, it appears that tooth needs more treatment than just anti-inflammatories.

You should never have leftover antibiotics; you should always finish the number of prescribed antibiotic pills, even if you are feeling better, to prevent flare-up and/or sensitivity. You must see a Dentist to discover cause of pain. You are getting close to overdosing with pain killers. If your Dentist can't see you tomorrow, make appointment with a specialist Endodontist.
