Nope: 1) antibiotics are not pain killers.2) Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is not used for dental infections. 3) you don't even know if you have an infection. Stop trying to treat yourself and make an appointment with a local dentist... There is no way around it.

Why your ?: If you are trying to treat yourself, then don't as you will be unsuccessful. Antibiotics can help along with definitive treatment to resolve some specific dental problems, which in turn may alleviate the pain of a toothache. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) or other antibiotics without treatment will not alleviate tooth pain. Follow your own dentist's recommendations.
