If the hemorrhage occurred within the brain substance, headache usually resolve after days. Persistent headaches after a week or so could be tension type. If the hemorrhage was subarachnoid, such as occurs in a berry aneurysm, eventual chronic intracranial hypertension can occur as a complication & can cause chronic headache. Have you had a follow-up ct scan or MRI to investigate these headaches?

Headaches at time of intracranial hemorrhage of any type are expected and subsequent headaches are not uncommon. However, as mentioned, it would be wise to have followup imaging to exclude possible lingering complications. Your neurologist could place you on medication to break up the chronic daily headache pattern.
