I slipped an fell 7 days ago. after 7 days has the time window passed where any serious things would happen? i have a headache. concerned about brain bleed. neuro exam with gp was normal.

Injury: If you struck your head during the fall and are still experiencing headache,I recommend undergoing a brain ct scan to rule out subdural hematoma which can be a delayed bleeding process. That being said, headaches that long after a head injury may not necessarily be due to any serious problem.
