I did mri angiography and head and all was ok only a congenital narrowing of the left carotid artery was observed,. it's there from birth. but the brain is normally bleeding on the side.can this cause numb in left side face from front ear till temple?

Vascular ?'s: Congenital narrowing of "left carotid artery" will not cause numbness or other neurologic symptoms on left side of face. Ask your primary care provider to refer you to a neurologist to provide guidance for symptom recognition and potential treatment.
