Swollen lymph nodes are observed with Covid-19 vaccine, most often on the same site of the injection but it may happen in the opposite site as well. They are just the reactive lymph nodes when the immune activity inside the lymph node is stimulated by the vaccine. I' d suggest you have the vaccine in the opposite arm if you need another booster in the future but I hope we all won't need the 4th.

Agree with Dr. He. The enlargement of the node is not a cause for concern and no reason to avoid any vaccine or booster. Wish you good health!
