30/m circumcised. opening of urethra shifts and opens the inside of tip and at times rubs against the fabric which hurts and mostly leads to frequent urination. mild discomfort/pressure right side of groin/scrotum. urine test normal/sexually inactive?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Though uncommon in men what you described may be a urethral caruncle. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

If you wear a good support underwear than the tip will not rub against fabric if in proper position, lessoning your symptoms. You can also use cortisone cream (OTC) to the tip for a while . I think you will be OK with this.If this does not help see a Urologist
