Any urinary symptoms? Was a microscopic examination of the urine sediment performed to rule out urethritis? If not, I highly recommend one be done. If inflammation of the urethra is not an issue, one wonders whether very tight jeans, bicycle riding or any other athletic activities could be a cause. Wear loose trousers, white cotton boxer style underwear. If no urologic cause, see dermatologist.
