With those negative extensive works-up you can be confident that you do not have pancreatic cancer. Only do 4 and 20 percent of patients with pancreatic cancer have germline mutations in known cancer predisposition genes and we do not even know if your grandpa carried those genes. However, relationship between the prominent lymph nodes (location?) and chronic abdominal symptoms is still undefined.

So far there is no evidence for pancreatic cancer based on findings on imaging studies and as posted. Mesenteric adenitis is suggested by imaging. Placing findings in clinical context would be best done by your gastroenterologist/ primary care doc who conducted the workup.
