I had a ct scan that read i had a few shotty mesenteric lymph nodes in my right lower abdomen quadrant. all tests came back neg what could this be?

It is a: non specific description of the lymph nodes. There are numerous conditions that could cause mildly enlarged lymph nodes. It also may be that they are normal for you. A more precise description of the lymph nodes, e.g. the size and number of them, might be more useful. In any case, it is likely that they are of no concern, but speak to your doc about it.

Had a CT scan recently for a kidney stone, they did find a stone but also noted mildly enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in the lower right quadrant 1.6cm x 0.7cm is this cause for concern? What could cause this? Is this abnormal ? Also have pain?
