Avoid whey and protein powder. The snake oil folks who make them can put anything they want into them including testosterone and do. They do not have to prove that what they are hawking is safe or demonstrate that it does what they claim. How tall are you? Need BMI to be able to guide you better. Muscle mass is increased simply by using them and increasing use every day till get to goal.

If healthy and fit you do not need any supplements if you exercise and eat a healthy diet without too much junk food and fats that will do the trick
