What to do if i have fever, the urine test showed a uti but could it have gone to the kidneys by now?

See a doc: If you are having fever, chills and other flu-like symptoms after a bladder infection, it is possible that the infection has spread to our kidneys and bloodstream. You really need to be seen by a doctor and get this treated. Once an infection gets in the bloodstream its way more serious then a simple bladder infection.
