I do not recommend any kind of supplements to a healthy male on a healthy diet and life-style. The body does not need it and excretes it out. Besides most supplements are unregulated for quality and some don't even have things they claim to have. So always consult your MD and not so called nutrition experts and the 'net.

I agree with Dr. Tandan. Instead of taking creatine, you can eat a healthy diet with high protein and low calories so you can lose weight at the same time you can build up muscles with exercise.
