I'm a 24 year old man, healthy, and have been taking a preworkout formula that contains creatine. it's been working great, however i just want to confirm it's safe? i drink plenty of water, take the minimum amount, and occasionally have alcohol

Creatine daily: Creatine should be used only for people doing exercise in a regular basis to obtain energy for the new muscle mass, avoid it if you suffer from asthma or have history of kidney or liver dysfunction, 3gr daily is fine
