Can work: creatine seems to work by allowing more water storage in the muscles. so if your goals is looking bigger, this is a temporary fix (it goes away when you stop taking the creatine). but if you are looking for long term fitness, there is no "magic" supplement. before starting any supplement, please see your primary care provider.
