You have confirmed mild albuminuria with normal kidney fx. This can occur in a condition called postural proteinuria or benign orthostatic proteinuria. Although it is rare at your age but it is possible because you have had mild albuminuria for years but it does not progress and kidney fx remains normal. Your doctor can measure urine albumin during sleep and active states to make the diagnosis.
