42 yr old husband saw slight pink spot on toliet after peeing did urine dipstick test and it showed+ for blood twice. urine culture negative, psa normal(0.449), kidney ultrasound normal. he takes black seed oil daily. could this cause blood in urine?

Black seed oil is less likely causing gross hematuria which your husband experienced. Normal kidney ultrasound and PSA level do not rule out lesion of lower urinary tract such as urethra, bladder and ureters. Your husband should be evaluated first by a urologist. If urologist could not make the diagnosis and hematuria persists, nephrology consultation will be next.

No He should have a microscopic urine exam and if there are red cells in it should see a Urologist.
