I was told companies don't include amitriptyline for drug test but i did a urine drug test and i tested negative for all the drugs and surprisingly tested negative for tca and i took amitriptyline 14 hours to the time of the test, how is it possible?

They did not test for it? Ask the testing lab. Or you are taking other meds that interfere with the test or your dose is not high enough to detect it or you were tested many hours after last dose. Discuss.
