Elavil/Seroquel: Concern is excess sedation and effect on cardiovascular system. Depends on the dose of each. Review with your doctor.

Yes, but: The combination can cause increased CNS depression. There is an additive risk of hypotension. The qtc interval can be prolonged causing heart rhythm problems and even death. An ekg should definitely be checked if you're going to be on both of them. There is an increased risk for psychomotor impairment. There is also an increased risk of overheating.
