A proportion of patients who get Covid-19 have long term symptoms, though most get better with time. Visit this site for information and talk to your doctor: Long term effects of Covid-19 https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/coronavirus/in-depth/coronavirus-long-term-effects/art-20490351#:~:text=COVID%2D19%20symptoms%20can,within%20a%20few%20weeks Wish you good health!

It is most unusual but there has been a report of swelling of the subcutaneous tissues of the neck with a covid infection. This would be different from swelling of lymph nodes or of the parotid gland. I recommend consulting an otolaryngologidt for evaluation and advice.
