My family and i have have been in contact with a family member who tested positive for covid. my symptoms are flu with body ache, nasal congestion, ear pressure. no sore throat or breathing difficulty. we better now since we got sick last monday?

COVID 19: This could be COVID 19. Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. If NSAIDS are used consider Naprosyn. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
