My husband, kids and i are day 3 of covid. we are starting to feel slightly better. we still got sore throat/coughs,nasal congestion but no more fevers at least & not as weak as we were. is this a good sign we will make a full recovery?

It is a good sign that your symptoms are improving after three days. Please be sure to follow current CDC guidelines concerning returning to work and or school. Do not cut it short. Good luck.
