Treat symptoms: The best days to test for a coronavirus infection is on days 4-6 after symptoms start. There are many people who will test false negative prior to this. Try testing again. Have your Dr listen to your lungs to make sure you have not developed pneumonia. Treat symptoms with decongestants, acetaminophen for sore throat/pain.

COVID 19: You may or may not have COVID 19. Sometimes it is not picked up early on. Did you have an antigen test or PCR. PCR is more accurate.
