Had testis torsion back in november surgery 2 day later (orchiopexy) later it died off because it got too damaged so in januari had orchiectomy, but ever since the orchiopexy i gotten white dry flakes on my scrotum, what causes it? i see after shower?

Likely the scrotum was swollen post op and with recovery the scrotal skin is now back to its original shape so it sloughs dead skin as flakes. You just apply moisturizer after shower daily and the scrotum will normalize soon.

It is not from surgery. Try using moisturizing cream. If not better see a URo/dermatologist for proper diagnosis.
